I love endorphins!
I'm amazed how much exercise has helped the pain in my knees! The more I exercise the better I feel! I've also learned that there's no substitute for stretching. I have to stretch twice a day, but it feel so good! I'm so happy that I am able to visit my elderly mother at the ALF about 3 times a week. I like to get her up and we walk down the hallway together. "If you don't use it, you lose it!" This year Jim & I have been married for 25 years! It just keeps getting better every year
