<h3>Damien E. Lipp</h3> <p>Damien "Eddie" Lipp is not only a talented filmmaker, but is a keen sportsman who enjoys waterskiing, basketball, motorcross racing and AFL football. His entertainment career began at an early age, singing and playing piano in concerts all across his home state of Victoria.</p> <p>In 2008 Damien moved to Ballarat where he enrolled at the Ballarat Academy of Performing Arts. He studied acting, voice, movement, projection and improvisation. In 2010, after landing the lead in multiple short films, Damien moved to Melbourne to pursue a full-time acting career. In 2011 Damien was cast as the lead in the feature film 'Killervision', where he met and collaborated with Dale Alexander. While being on set his passion and skill for filmmaking has extended to both in front of and behind the camera.</p> <h3>Dale Alexander</h3> <p>As a young man, Dale spent much of his time on film sets. Consequently, the language of film, and the business of being on set, became second nature to him. The excitement of seeing stories created, then unfolding on the big screen, led to a passion for creating his own.</p> <p>Between 2007 and 2009 Dale gained as much experience as possible by directing three short films and editing several more. He also edited a book trailer for the young adult novel 'Backtracked' (by Pedro de Alacantara) which screened at the Marseille Book Festival in 2009. In 2010 Dale edited the award winning web series 'My Bitchy Witchy Paris Vacation' which screened at the L.A. Webfest in 2011. Dale took out the award for 'Outstanding Editing in a Dramedy'. In 2011 Dale was asked by production company 21 Black Entertainment to direct psychological thriller 'Killervision', where he met and collaborated with Damien E. Lipp. </p>
