I came to San Francisco in the mid 90's to work in lefty politics and play guitar in a band. I did both and now I'm a family man working in nonprofit tech. I first attended Burning Man in 1996 and have been back about every two to three years since, working on numerous little and bigger art projects. La Victrola is the largest and most exciting one and grows from my desire (and that of others) to make amazing work for a place that has given me so much.
