<p>Hello! I founded Re-Nuble in 2011 after living in NYC for 5 years, at the time, and being frustrated with how much the city doesn't do to create an impact in the area of food waste. I've now relocated to the D.C. metro area, my hometown, and am working to abate this problem in an area where space is more copious.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a wonderful family including a beautiful niece and nephew that I'm hoping to not only inspire but also change their generation's and their predecessors' culture in regards to consumption and waste repurposing.
