Children's Choir of Teh Internet

Hi,

I'm Jack Senzig the director of the Children's Choir of teh Internet. The choir has grown out of my work with the Gifford Children's Choir and AppleChor, two elementary school choirs in Racine, WI. Gamers may remember our cover of Still Alive from the video game Portal. You may have seen our A Christmas Trololo or our Rick Roll video.

When my elementary school choir was invited to sing on Cloud Cult's new album I couldn't say no, but there was no way to have the kids perform in the summer as part of our school program. Budget cuts had talken away all enrichment classes in our district so i was left with a choice: Turn down a once in a lifetime opportunity for my children or take a huge step and start a non-profit organization to sponsor the choir myself. I chose the latter and started Our Musical Life Inc.

Our Musical Life Inc. is a community music organization that is providing creative outlets for children and adults. We are planning on a choir for mentally and cognitively disabled adults, a choir for children ages 18 months to 3 years old, children's choirs and a more typical adult community choir.

The Children's Choir of Teh Internet is our flagship organization. We have 20 excited children working to create a new song and video for the video game Minecraft, making a recording for the indie rock band Cloud Cult, and a video to raise funds for the children in Japan still affected by the tsunami last spring.

What I have to offer that is unique is that I see online communities the same as my local community. They are groups of real people that will appreciate entertainments that have been created for them and offered to them. I would like to continue to facilitate my children being the vehicle of joy that will make you smile.

The cost of doing all of these things is not cheap and I need help. If you can contribute to our project it will help keep this organization producing entertainments for online communities.

Thanks,

Jack Senzig
