I've been involved in the comic book publishing industry for years now and I've cultivated a staff of creative artists, colorists, letterers and writers from literally around the world. I've started my own comic book company and our payment method for our critical resource of commissioned staff members is to pay them for each page as it's completed. No vague promise to pay them at some later date ... no back-end percentage they never see. Our goal is to make incredible and interesting comics!
