Our Story
We began our series as a way to teach and play board games with on-line viewers over YouTube. Many modern games have long rule books and can be quite expensive. Our series allows a viewer to learn the game and see it played, which we believe is one of the best ways to see if a game is right for you.
This process has been a lot of fun for us, and our viewers seem to be enjoying it as well, so we really want to be able to do this on a full time basis, which can be hard in the early days with no sponsors. Although we have 1,600 subscribers and over 150,000 views on our channel, we are still in the early stages of growth, but we hope the quick growth of the series over the past few months indicates that we have something that will be of interest to a wider audience. We're especially hoping some early financial assistance during this year will pay off into a self-sustaining video series.

On our channel, our series are sorted into helpful playlists. However, if you would like a quick peek at one of our gameplay videos, you can go directly to this video: Dungeon Run Episode Please note: the moustache was for a charity event.
The Expectation We Have From Our Viewers
Zero.
The series has been fun to produce and we are grateful for all the fun we've been able to have with people on-line creating it. If it has to end here, there will be no regrets. If the viewers can help us keep it going, that would be fantastic, but not expected.
What We Need & What You Get
Realistically, I need to raise $20,000 to cover my income for the year, however, this is a hefty goal, and instead this fund raiser is being set for $5,000, representing the cost to fund a quarter of the year, with the hope that if more money can be raised, we can continue producing the series longer before having to reassess.
In particular, if we can grow the series over the next few months, then any future fund raising will be spread over more viewers, easing the burden and we may be able to attract the financial support of retailers or board game publishers who would like to be featured in our series.
To help with this, I will keep doing the show for another 2 months and any money raised will go towards keeping the show going starting March 1st (although the campaign will continue to be open until April to maximize out efforts).
Other Ways You Can Help
Anything you can do is appreciated, but not expected.
