Update July 19th
Episode 1 of Walking In Circles has just released today. You can see it by clicking the link to our Youtube channel at the end of our video. We're releasing every Tuesday so don't forget to check back for more content. Update June 25th
After just 11 days we're proud to announce that we have raised almost half our fundraising goal! What's even more exciting is that we've reached over 1700 views on Youtube and 371 facebook likes! Just today Adam and James were featured on the front page of their hometown newspaper, The Medina Gazette. A Tale of Two Heroes
We are Adam Rady and James Rodehaver. The two of us began our quest for glory in October of 2009, moving across the vastness of the United States from Ohio to Los Angeles. Over treacherous mountains, across scorching deserts, we journeyed to this fabled city to film our tales for all the world to see.
James wrote the Season 1 Scripts in July 2010 and then it was a matter of recruiting our team. Adam Rady directed and starred in all 11 episodes. Alongside him were Eric Radic, Katie Wilson, Jonah Priour, and several guest stars including Annemarie Pazmino, Lemar Harris, Maxwell Glick and many more.
We drained our bank accounts (and several of our friends' bank accounts such as Producer Adam Cier who was also our Assistant Director) and put everything we have on the line to bring this tale to life. This project has been our largest, most difficult and costly endeavor. It has challenged us in ways we never imagined and all of the ways we did. Every person we've brought on board has provided the dedication, love and talent we needed to make this possible. At the end of it all we have an amazing product, which you can get a taste of in the video above. Now, all thats left is to show the world and thats where you can help!
Our Call to Arms
In order to reach as wide an audience as possible, and look as professional as possible, we need a little help. We are looking to your generosity to raise $3500 to help with Promotional Materials, A Live Premier Event, and Distribution costs. Heres the breakdown.
Promotional Materials: Business Cards, Flyers, T-Shirts, Buttons, DVDs, Posters and Advertising. (Several of these things you can get for contributing, check out our perks to see how!). $1640
Advertising: $750
Live Premier Event: A/V Fee $500, Space Rental: $250
Distribution: Domain Name and 3 Years of Web Hosting $360
Every little bit helps and even if we dont hit our goals well do our best to do all of the things listed above. However, we will not be able to get the quantity or quality were looking for, leading to less exposure.
