Tiffany received her BFA in theater from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Following a move to New York City, Tiffany worked consistently as an actress and enjoyed several theatrical experiences; highlights include the role of Eurydice at the Storm Theater and acting opposite Hayley Mills in the short film, Stricken. Discovering a talent for makeup artistry, she began to sharpen her skills on celebrities and film crews. Ultimately, the draw of the film world was contagious and Tiffany made the decision to direct and produce original films.
Vinyl Foote Productions was formed in 2004 with husband Jayce Bartok, and acclaim immediately followed with the success of their award-winning feature documentary Altered By Elvis. In addition to directing Altered By Elvis, Tiffany also directed the short film Little Pumpkin, which was widely received throughout worldwide film festivals including the prestigious SXSW festival. She was also selected as a finalist for the AFIs Directing Workshop for Women (DWW). Recent projects include producing the music video Wage Slavery for the artist Eva, and developing the feature films Red River and Tiny Dancer for Vinyl Foote Productions. Tiny Dancer will be Tiffanys feature directing debut.
