The international team of Video Eldorado, invites you to follow the first edition of its traveling, humanitarian, documentary project. From April to June, 6 young people will set off from Quebec and cross North America to Honduras, on board a classic school bus converted into a mobile, environmentally- friendly studio.
Video Eldorado is missioned to utilise multimedia tools as an ally to facilitate dialog and social interaction. This will be done by giving video, photo and art workshops to marginalised, minority or underprivelliged groups. The objective being, to enable cultural dialog, and a better understanding of the people of the Americas that we encounter, and to create amazing, spontaneous and rich images. The project will be catalogued and hosted on the Internet.
This project has been developed encompassing 4 main themes: Education, Social, Ecological and multimedia.

La troupe cosmopolite de Vido Eldorado, entirement bnvole, vous propose de suivre la premire dition de son projet humanitaire itinrant. Davril juin 2009, neuf voyageurs partent de Qubec en autobus scolaire ramnag en studio ambulant et converti en moyen de transport cologique pour traverser lAmrique jusquau Honduras.
Le projet Vido Eldorado a pour objectif principal de se servir de laudiovisuel comme moyen douverture sociale : Permettre le dveloppement des changes interculturels ainsi quune meilleure comprhension des peuples de lAmrique, et de crer des images merveilleux, spontanes et riches; tel est le dfi que souhaite relever cette joyeuse quipe internationale. On relevera le defi travers des ateliers de video, photo et de l’art que la groupe va donner aux groupes marginalises et minoritaires.
