HELP BUILD THE EDUCATION MOVEMENT OF THE FUTURE AND BRING 261 ODD-DEFYING FUTURE PROJECTS TO LIFE

We invite you to fund the world's first Future Projects and support high school students and their coaches as they transform their schools and communities. Your contribution will go directly toward these 261 founding projects and help launch a new national movement of imaginative young leaders daring to change the world. 

BOLD VISIONS, ALREADY UNDERWAY!

A future project is a bold new idea that channels a passion into a project that changes the world - and yourself. Here are a few examples of students already pursuing their visions and daring the impossible:

• Joe Greenberg, a Fellow and aspiring musician in Washington D.C., dreams of a world where different communities can come together to help each other. To achieve this dream, he's creating a benefit album that brings together high school musicians with Haitian musicians to create a new sound that will raise money to support charities in Haiti. 
• Timothy Lord, a Fellow at New York City’s Legacy School of Integrated Studies who previously feared that his love of skateboarding was a distraction, imagines a world where skateboarding can be used to end gang violence. For his future project he's designing a summer skateboarding program for young, at-risk boys in his Brooklyn neighborhood.
• Dianna Vega, a Fellow and gifted artist at New Haven Academy, dreams of a world where education is a magical experience for all. To get there, she's creating an interactive “Express Passion” mural to brighten her school and remind her peers why they are there.

These students and their peers are defying the conventional wisdom that high school students are apathetic or can't achieve. They are taking on the great challenges of our time. Stand with them today and change the world! 

HOW DOES THE FUTURE PROJECT WORK? 

It’s simple. We partner with underserved schools and award Future Fellowships to students with great potential. Every Future Fellow then gets a volunteer Future Coach. Every pair gets a Dream Team (3-4 partnerships that meet at the same time). Every Team embarks on a year-long adventure through which they become visionaries and leaders. And, by May, every Fellow emerges having built a Future Project that makes a difference in their world. 

We launched in three cities – New York, Washington, D.C., and New Haven, CT – in October 2011. And we are just getting started. We are mobilizing the rising generation of leaders, innovators, and humanitarians and daring them to transform education and create a world in which everyone is inspired.
