Bio: I am the former President & COO of Village Roadshow Pictures, which produced some pretty good (if decidedly unindependent) movies, including THE MATRIX Trilogy, OCEAN'S 11 (and 12 and 13), CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, HAPPY FEET, TRAINING DAY, THREE KINGS and MYSTIC RIVER. (Yeah, we also brought you CATWOMAN, RED PLANET and THE ADVENTURES OF PLUTO NASH. Sorry.) I am now teaching Entertainment Law and a seminar on Law, Lawyers, and the Legal System in Film to law students and graduate film students at Chapman University. Before joining Village Roadshow, I was an entertainment lawyer at Gang, Tyre, Ramer & Brown, where I represented a variety of film and television, producers, directors, writers, actors and executives. I am a graduate of USC Film School and University of Chicago Law School.

I've heard Chapman university has great film programs & a great place to find interns too. Also they've got great film cameras. Any suggestions? Thanks

The graduate students are VERY busy with their own projects, but I think you can find great help from undergraduate students. The Dodge School has great equipment and facilities, but that is all available to students and faculty only . . . .
