I’m half of a uk [bristol] directing duo called Scubaboy. We make music videos, commercials, short films, promos, lots of stuff for charities and we design and produce a lot of visuals for touring bands – UNKLE, Delirious, Pretty Lights and more…
A lot of our work is heavily influenced by music, be it music videos, band visuals or some other collaborative music experience.
In 2010, one of our music videos was shortlisted for the music video award at the Rushes Soho Short Festival. In competition against music videos from Gorillaz, Faithless, Eminem and loads of other great bands.
I’ve been involved in the UK film industry for many years, directing my own shorts and music videos whilst working as a sound recordist on numerous short films, tv shows and feature films, most notably in the sound department on the final 3 Harry Potter films.
