Steven Ayers served in the US Navy from 1977 to 1985 after he served in Beirut in 1983 he was discharged due to injuries received.
Ayers started writing in 1978 and has not really stopped since. Published 3 times in National Magazines and has had Nevermore optioned in 1996.
