Film synopsis.

Brothers Kunihiko and Keijiro Kimura are hired to kill four Japanese law makers who hold the key to uncovering corruption within the Japanese government. When things dont go exactly to plan and with the Japanese National Police Agency hot on their heels, the brothers are double crossed by their bosses and must find a way to get out of Japan before time runs out.

Why this can be a HUGE success. 

Japanese cinema, well known for Samurai and Yakuza, is stagnant. Low on ideas, originality and pure love for cinema, Japanese directors are producing bland, unoriginal films every year. Japanese film and television needs someone new to come in and change things. 

I'm inspired by all the great films, but in particular, the films directed by Martin Scorsese, Christopher Nolan, and Michael Mann. I want to take everything that has inspired me over the years and make a film that the people of Japan can enjoy. 

With your help, I am of the utmost belief that if we reach our goal of $15,000, we can make a film BETTER than ANY Japanese film that has been released over the past few years. It's a big proclamation, but certainly one that is achievable. 

What We Need & What You Get

With just a tiny budget, I have managed to almost complete a full length feature film. To finish it off, and polish up the parts that need to be polished, we need $15,000 to make a spectacular film. Although it may sound like a small budget for an action film, we have the team in place to make sure it will be nothing but a success. 

Please know that:

1.We will apply all the funds we receive to completing REVERENCE as quickly and as well as possible;

2. We consider your hard-earned money to be precious and we'll use it responsibly and wisely;

3. We're 70% done and we're going to make this film no matter how much money we raise;

4. And lastly... if we were to exceed our $15,000 goal, even substantially, that simply means that we'll be able to dedicate much more time to finishing the film than to the fundraising process. And take our word for it: that is any filmmaker's dream come true.
