Ron Santiano interest in film-making came by way of Star Wars. In the mid-'80s, he dabbled acting, but soon discovered his interest grew behind the camera.

Ron also is a successful artist with Ferguson Fine Art & Design in Pomona, California for over 10 years. Published a national Filipino-American lifestyle publication, while working as an Art Director at Universal Studios Hollywood during the day.

Ron attended The New York Film Academy after quitting his job at Universal Studio, to finally pursue film-making. His school film projects garnered him great praise and accolades. Soon after, started working on independent projects, and created Redcape Cinema. After several awards and notable festival screenings, Redcape Cinema has created a following that has led to creating original projects like, EVE: Beauty and The Blade, Code-Name: Dragonfly, and recently The Chronicles of the Order.

Ron has been sought after as an feature film editor with the 2008 award winning indie feature Junction for Women on Top Productions, and 2009 a comedy - Underachievers: The Champions of Mediocrity by writer director, DB Cheng and currently on the 2010 festival circuit.

Early 2010, Redcape Cinema partnered with Jammin Productions, to continue producing new installments of EVE: Beauty and The Blade, Code-Name: Dragonfly, and The Chronicles of the Order, and soon will develop Venus FlyTrap and now, Young EVE: Demon Hunter as their first joint-production film venture
