We wanted to give you a quick shipping update.

24 and 48-roll Packs

With the exception of Western Australia, all of our 24 and 48-roll orders have been processed and the majority have been shipped. However our shipping agent has been slightly overwhelmed by the large number of orders (thank you!) which has slowed a small number of shipments down – a few Australian orders were still going out today which means that they will arrive next week. So if you haven’t received yours yet, you only need to hold on a little longer!

Our bulk Western Australian shipment lands in Perth tomorrow and will be distributed early next week via Australia Post. We’ll update you once these have shipped.

Supporter and T-Shirt Packs

The Supporter and T-shirt Packs will be shipped next – we’ve had some logistical problems getting our boxes packed with goodies, and will re-focus on this next week. Again, we’ll let you know once these have shipped, we promise it will be soon!

International Orders

Orders for regions outside of Australia and the USA will be dealt with last. Shipping toilet paper overseas is prohibitively expensive, but we’re doing our best to find solutions.

Dear supporters and beloved Crap Givers,

We have two exciting pieces of news to share.

Firstly, we relaunched our website this week. Take a look at www.whogivesacrap.org. We’d love to know what you think (and love it even more if you told your friends).

Secondly, and most importantly, our production has finished and toilet paper is being moved to our warehouses as we type! It will still take a little bit of time to get from the factory to you for this first shipment—our first order for US customers will be shipped later this month, and Australian customers should receive First Edition in mid-March—but we’re excited to have everything moving. Again, thank you so much for your patience. We know it’s been a long wait and can only hope that you have found a suitable WGAC substitute in the meantime.

With shipping just around the corner, now is the time to inform us of two things:

1) If your address has changed, we need to know where to find you

2) If you ordered a t-shirt and have not replied to our t-shirt size email, we need to know your size and cut (unisex or female).

Dear supporters,

It’s true. We have the runs. But they’re the best kind of runs – the production runs! After a whirlwind few weeks we’re incredibly pleased to let you know that the final stage of production has started.

After receiving your survey feedback we tweaked the packaging so that each roll is individually wrapped. This was a path that we were excited to follow as it allowed us to eliminate plastic from the First Edition product (and you can re-use the wrappers for birthday and Christmas presents!).

We’re now in the process of producing around 100,000 rolls, boxing them up, and moving them to our warehouse. Shipping dates are close to being confirmed. At the moment it is looking like delivery will take place early next month, but we will be in touch as soon as we have firm dates.

If you’ve changed address, don’t worry – we’ll be in touch a week or two before delivery to confirm your details.

It’s become apparent that, like many feel good bathroom experiences, our packaging is taking longer than expected to produce.

We were previously expecting to be shipping late this month, but it now looks like it will be mid-to-late December. The first production run is always the hardest and we really do appreciate your patience! We’ll keep you in the loop as everything progresses, but please get in touch via wedo(at)whogivesacrap(dot)org if this updated timeline is problematic.

Dear WGAC supporter,

This week the entire Who Gives A Crap team converged on the same city, San Francisco, for the first time since the campaign. We’ve been working furiously (making a lot of bad puns) and are now getting very close to the final stages of production. It’s an exciting time!

Today we have been looking at our timelines – at this stage we are expecting to ship product towards the end of next month, but will keep you in the loop as everything firms up. We’ve also just picked up our t-shirts, ready to be mailed out with the First Edition product. A picture of the boxed up t-shirts is attached.

Finally, we are planning to send you a survey next week – we’re really looking forward to getting your feedback and using your input to help us in the final stages of our product and web design.
