The first 8 months of life have not been easy for little Kelsen J Wood. He has been in and out of the hospital, undergone surgery in both eyes, and is currently confined to a hospital bed in the ICU at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. He is relying on the Berlin Heart that he is connected to in order to keep him alive while he waits patiently for a heart transplant. This could take weeks, this could take years...
What We Need & What You Get
The last thing any parent wants to worry about when their child is sick is money. Our goal is simple: help them in any way possible with their overwhelming medical expenses. The costs associated with an extended hospital stay alone are immense, not to mention the added costs of multiple surgeries, the heart transplant they are desperately waiting for and the medication Kelsen will need after the transplant.
Every little bit helps and lots of little bits can add up to something pretty substantial. Please consider donating. Kelsen and his family will be forever grateful.
Currently, anyone who makes a $5 donation will receive a blue silicone "Stay Strong Kelsen" wristband
For $20 donation you will recieve a "I heart Kelsen" T-shirt.
For $50 you get a customized hand-painted snapback hat by local Utah artist
All donations are welcome. You can donate any amount of money that you are able to.
