My name is Jeremy Pesach Stadlin and I'm very happy to launch this exciting campaign to raise support for UNIFY Jerusalem & Harmony in the Holy Land.  Since being invited by UNIFY & The Shift Network to join their global projects just two short weeks ago, we've put together an exceptional team of outstanding human beings who have been dedicated to building peace for many years.  We're very humbled to be part of bringing this inspirational message of healing from Jerusalem to the world.

Who We Are:

The organizational team behind UNIFY Jerusalem & Harmony in the Holy Land is made up of the directors and representatives of several organizations:

The Elijah Interfaith Institute, founder of The Elijah Board of World Religious Leaders, which includes H.H. Dalai Lama, Amma, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and prominent Muslim, Christian and Jewish leaders thoughout the Holy Land. www.elijah-interfaith.org  

The Jerusalem Peacemakers, an interfaith organization promoting peace and healing in Israel/Palestine through educational dialogue, tours and projects such as the Abrahamic Reunion, which unites leaders of the Abrahamic Faiths in ongoing cooperative projects and events. www.jerusalempeacemakers.org

Peace Day LIVE - A Global Concert Celebrating the International Day of Peace, which unites musicians, educational and peacebuilding organizations in a musical call to peace each year on Sept. 21st.www.peacedaylive.org

Team Bios:

Aliza Hava - Director;  Aliza is a professional recording artist dedicated to the power of music to promote social change.  As director of Peace Day LIVE, she is also an international representative for the World Peace Prayer Society and has been a performer, organizer and creative consultant for peacebuilding and educational organizations for over 13 years.  Her original music reflects the power of song to inspire transformation within and throughout the world.

Pesach Dahvid Stadlin - Assistant Director; Pesach is a project manager and Ideas Officer of The Elijah Interfaith Institute and a representative of The Jerusalem Peacemakers.  He has worked for over ten years as a group facilitator and educator in the field of Jewish spirituality, social justice and ecolology.  He is a member of the United Religions Initiative MENA Region (Middle East/North Africa), and is author of an upcoming book about inner and outer harmony.

Haj Ibrahim Abu El Hawa - Coordinator; Haj Ibrahim is one of the founding members of The Jerusalem Peacemakers. He has worked for over 60 years to help create understanding between people from both East and West Jerusalem, while hosting international travelers in his peace center on the Mount of Olives.  Haj Ibrahim is known for his warmth, laughter and enormous generosity of spirit.

Eliyahu McLean - Coordinator; Founder & Director of The Jerusalem Peacemakers, Eliyahu has been a facilitator of hundreds of interfaith peace gatherings and prayers within the Holy Land and abroad.  He has been a featured guest and speaker at A Parliament of the World's Religions, Kumbamehla, The United Religions Initiative Global Assembly and many, many more. 

What We're Doing:

UNIFY Jerusalem:  On Friday, December 21st, at 1pm IST, 11am GMT, prominent leaders of the Abrahamic faiths - Islam, Christianity and Judaism - will offer prayers and meditations from sacred sites including The Dome of the Rock/Noble Sancutary, The Western Wall, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. This will be live-streamed to the world in partnership with UNIFY, the largest synchronized prayer & meditation event in the history of humanity! Hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people of all faiths will unite, at the same exact time, at homes and sacred sites around the world such as the pyramids in Giza, Stonehenge, Chitzen Itza, Time Square, and many, many more.  www.unify.org

Harmony in the Holy Land will be the pinnacle concert event in Jerusalem on Sat. evening, Dec. 22nd when interfaith leaders and musicians of the Abrahamic faiths join together in a musical prayer for peace that will be live-streamed as part of the 33-hour Birth 2012 global broadcast produced by The Shift Network. We are very excited to be offering a powerful message of healing from the Holy Land as part of this global birth of a new humanity in connection with evolutionary leaders like Stephen Dinan, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Neale Donald Walsch, Dr. Michael Beckwith, and many more inspirational voices of our times.  www.birth2012.com, www.theshiftnetwork.com

This is the first time in history that a synchronized prayer/meditation of this magnitude will occur.  Many people feel that Jerusalem, as a spiritual epicenter, is the heart of the world, and that, if there can be peace in Israel/Palestine, there can be peace in the world.  We are working to bring the people of Jerusalem a little bit closer to experiencing that healing in profound and meaningful ways.

What We Need:

To cover the costs of production, live-streaming, flyers, travel expenses and accomodations for religious/spiritual leaders, honorariums for musicians, coordinators, and post-production for a video documentary, we are seeking to raise $20,000 in the next week.  

 If 1,000 people give $20, we will reach our goal!

Our team at Harmony in the Holy Land is Working with the Elijah Interfaith Institute and the Elijah board of world religious leaders to launch "The Center of HOPE".
