The Vitruvian Brewing Company

 The Vitruvian Brew Corp (VBC) is a specialty-beer microbrewery located in Yellow Springs ,OH.  This is a new business in its start-up phase, seeking investment capital.



Initial products will include a signature India Pale Ale, catering to the pallet of a craft-beer enthusiast, and a crowd-pleasing Pale Ale, intended to appeal to the consumers of the American beer giants.VBC intends to handcraft a rotating lineup of premium, unique microbrews.
Vitruvian Brew Corporation plans to start production at approximately 520 barrels per year and gradually phase expansion to the constraints of the location, approximately 12,000 barrels per year.

We love brewing  and our product speaks for itself. The work is a testament to the interconnectedness of art and science. Our brewing philosophy and name stems from Leonardo daVinci's famous study the Vitruvian Man. The Vitruvian man is also referred to as the Cannon of Proportions because of its intention to apply architectural measurements to construct the perfect proportions of the human body. What da Vinci tries to establish in his studies on proportions of human beings, we mirror in our study of beer, a perfectly proportioned and precisely constructed brew.

We work and live in the small town of Yellow Springs, Ohio. Yellow Springs is already a well-known travel destination. Our location is directly on the bike path named the Little Miami Scenic Trail. This is one of two entrances people will be able to access our growler filling station and retail store.
This isn't just about selling beer for us. We're working to create a business model that is sustainable and builds our community. We are using our spent grain to feed local livestock, reclaiming our bottles, and recycling water that is not being used directly in the brewing process.
