Hello, My name is Reed Anderson, and I live in Citrus Heights California. Movie making is my passion; I can’t imagine doing anything else. I have made one featurette, called B.A. Turner, which was a total bomb. That film was what I consider my film school; it taught me what to do, and what not to do. I’d love to raise $5,000 for my latest project, The Scorching Phantasm, because that would cover all expenses for the film. If I could raise the money, I would be able to purchase all props and costumes for the film, pay all the actors a decent wage, and rent the necessary locations for production. Any donation helps, no matter how small.

The production will not be huge, but it will appear as such, because of the great props and costumes that your money would be going toward. The film requires are large supply of uniforms, being a Science Fiction Military thriller, and that is where the majority of donation will go. I would love to properly compensate our actors for their hard work and dedication. If I don’t reach my goal, I will have to make do with what I make, which is fine, but I would love to make this picture spectacular for the movie going public.

This film is refreshingly original and really makes the viewer think about what is real and what is perception. The film will be remarkable because of all the help you would be giving with your donation; and I would love to submit it to festivals. The last film I did taught me a lot about professionalism and amateurism, and now I have grown a lot in my directorial career and would love to do this film. This is my redemption from the last production, and I will be putting everything on the line. If I don’t make this film great, I fear I may never get the opportunity to follow my dream again. Your donation would help the film grow into a cinematic masterpiece and in turn help me make my dream of filmmaking a reality.
