We are seeking development funding of 350,000 so we can lock cast, sales agent, and financing for our 3 Million Dollar action/horror, end of the world film.
My name is Nigel Hartwell. I am a filmmaker that graduated from Vancouver Film School. Through out my career I have worked as production assistant, Assistant Director, Grip, Lighting Tech, Gaffer, Director of Photography, Editor, Writer, Producer and Director. I have worked on lots of big films and lots of indie films. My campaign is designed to raise 10% of my budget for my next feature film project "The Epidemic". This 10% will be used as equity to finance the film, and lock the talent. Once the Actors have been signed we will then lock a sales agent to start pre-sales and lock a solid North American Distributor. Everyones contributions will help create over 100 jobs in areas desprately needing work. It is also a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of horror franchise as we give contributors the chance, to own a piece of history, be an extra, actor, or producer. This film will go to theatres and it will be because all the contributors helped it get there. The greatest benefit to this project is that the canadian film tax credit will ensure your funds are returned to you 1 year after 1st day of shooting. We have great perks for all contributors.
