On Nov. 7, Pamela and I teamed up with the Carl V. Bini Memorial Foundation to ensure that every dollar of the money that has been collected is put to proper use and distributed in earnest to Staten Island families in need.
The Carl V. Bini Memorial Foundation has done amazing philanthropic work on Staten Island over the years and, now, is a leader in the recovery efforts after Sandy.
As Pam and I have said countless times since our "marathon" on Sunday, the race to help Staten Island families in need continues.
