MISSION:

Over seven years ago I started an artistic venture of interviewing extraordinary artists and leaders on specific questions that are at the core of human fulfillment: Love, Intimacy, Heaven, Hell, God, Religions, and the Purpose of Life.  Many of these candid interviews are the only ones ever recorded and a few of these individuals have now passed away.

What resulted was over one hundred hours of in-depth study of the human condition.  The interviews are filled with moments of self reflection, cognitive authority, insight, laughter, tenderness, tears, authenticity and joy.

After over one thousand hours of dissecting these recorded discussions, I wove these interviews into a dialogue that reveals the elements of consciousness and personal responsibility that are required to perpetuate widespread human joy.  I funded every dollar of this film solely and with only one agenda; to spread compassion and drive consciousness evolution - to bring people together.

SPIRIT OF EVOLUTION: (part 2)

Spirit of Evolution is the 2nd installament of the documentary film series, LOVE SEX GOD. It will follow the inspiring 1st installment, Awakening World.  Spirit of Evolution will delve into Religions, Spirituality and God.  Through the interviews we'll explore the gifts of religion, the limitations of its dogma, the many beliefs that make up our ideas of God, and the emerging path of evolutionary spirituality. The film will examine and uncover keys of depth fulfillment.

AWAKENING WORLD: (part 1)

Sebastian Siegel/writer, director, producer

Sebastian Siegel is a British-American filmmaker, actor and writer. He wrote, produced and directed the documentary film AWAKENING WORLD, which premiered at festivals in 2012 to standing room only audiences and acclaim. Sebastian produced the half hour comedy JUST BE YOURSELF, and adapted the screenplay for Ken Wilber’s book GRACE AND GRIT.

Sebastian Siegel was born in Oxford, England. He grew up part-time on Oahu, Hawai’i. His father, Lee Siegel, is an author and professor of Indian religions. His grandfather, Leonard Thompson, was a professor, author and active opponent of apartheid. Sebastian cites Alan Watts, Ken Wilber, Ramana Maharshi, Joseph Campbell and James Whitmore as strong influences, and as a kid, his father’s teachings on Zen and comics he brought back from India. Sebastian is a supporter of The Smile Train, Best Buddies, is a mentor reader for the Screen Actors Guild, and writes for The Huffington Post.

Jason Lange/co-producer

Jason is a Los Angeles based filmmaker and is co-producer, DP, and editor on the Love Sex God documentary series. He has been a producer and the DP on both 2 seasons of the cable TV series Sex, God, Rock 'n Roll and loves all things related to filmmaking, technology, and personal transformation. Jason currently runs the media production company Attention Engine and co-hosts the podcast The 7th Kingdom: A Deeper Look at Technology and Life.
