I also wanted you to be the first to know that we just finished the Senda movie, and we are organizing and exclusive pre-screening event in Berkeley. For those of you who can make it, it would be wonderful to see you! For the rest, the film will be available online on June 13th, and can’t wait to share it with you, and make you proud.

On Thursday May 9 2013 at 6.30 pm, please join us in Down Town Berkeley for a FREE screening of the short film “Senda: Soccer’s Path to Fair Trade,”followed by a panel discusion with Bay Area nonprofit organizationsdiscussing how they use soccer to change lives.

Come meet representatives from Soccer without Borders, Street Soccer USA, America Scores, BORP and Fair Trade USA, who will share stories of how the game is bringing hope to our communities, and discuss how your club, school or team can get involved.

I wanted to share with you that the Senda’s movie should be ready in about 4 weeks.

Also Senda is a finalist in a competition for urban businesses, and we are in a quest to win $10k in the consumer’s choice award! you can vote at www.bit.ly/soccernow

We are now 4th out of 10, and need about 900 votes to get to the first position. You can vote ONCE A DAY until Feb 11th!!
