Our Story
I live in Charlottesville, Virginia, and I want to help folks get all-natural plants back into their lives by way of gardening. Thus, seedlin.gs, a free, online site dedicated to swapping packets of all-natural seeds. Seedlin.gs will allow the open trade of seeds which are at least one of the following: certified organic, non-GMO, heirloom, open-pollinated, or wild-cultivated. Seedlin.gs will be free for everyone. No money is involved. It's like a book swap site, but for packets of all-natural seeds.
The Impact
Seeds are important. They help us grow food. They allow us to carry on family traditions. They let us become caregivers for living things which reward us with nutrition, flavor, beauty, and fresh air. Within a seed one will find not only a tiny plant germ, but also our own hopes for a connection with nature. We want the users of seedlin.gs to take charge of sharing their own experiences with seeds.

What We Need & What You Get
We are seeking 1850 dollars to develop seedlin.gs. Half of that will go to development of the design and mechanics for the website. A quarter of the funds raised will be dedicated to hosting the site initially. The last quarter will be used for promoting the site across the United States (for now).
