Hi.

Because of the somewhat unusual format (landscape) of the book, the layout is a bit more complicated than anticipated. In the past weeks the designer was going through various iterations, trying to find the best fit for the page orientation and size.

In the accompanying image you can see some test pages from the process.

I think we’ve settled on the final form now and it will be another couple of weeks before it’s all set. You will start seeing more stuff soon. I know I’ve been saying this for a while, but there’s nothing I can personally do to speed up the process. Sorry and thank you for your continued support.

Hello again everyone.

I haven’t been updating because there hasn’t really been anything to say. The game was slowly moving towards its final publishable form, until it reached a standstill because of circumstances outside my control.

Now that things are moving forward again, I will keep you posted on the developments again.

The text has gone through its final proofreading phase, which means it’s all in the hands of the girl who’s doing the layout now.

In the following days I will be updating you on how that’s going and posting more stuff. For those that haven’t gotten the preview email, I will be coordinating with you when the time for that comes.

Hello folks, sorry for being quiet but I didn’t really have anything to share. People have been asking how the book is coming along. It is currently going through layout and the art is being finalised, so it’s really out of my hands and I’m waiting for the pdf/print files to be delivered back to me. Once I have that you will get your pdfs and other digital rewards, after which it will take another couple of weeks for printing and stuff.

I know I’m at least a month late based on my initial assumptions but it’s my first time doing this and I was wrong. But we’re close now!

For those asking about buying physical books after the campaign: there will be some leftovers available. I will set up something over paypal where you can purchase your copy. After that it depends on demand whether I will do a second printing or not.

I’ll share some pictures in the coming days in an attempt to bridge the wait. Thank you for your patience!

Update #13: Great success!

First of all, I would like to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. When I set the initial goal for this campaign, I though it would take a while before we would reach it. Instead, it has been exceeded many times and the game has been made better because of it.

I am positively flabbergasted. This has been amazing. You’ve been amazing.
