Rosie is an important short film to the Writer/Director (Alexander Kohnstamm) who wrote the script with his father who recently passed away in April. Alex is making the film in his memory and in doing so, has teamed up with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network to spread awareness of Pancreatic Cancer. WE ARE DONATING 10% of all donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCan.org).
Rosie is about a young father, Kent, is overworked and unable to spend time with his family. Although he is well intentioned, his wife Natalie is fed up with his inability to be with their young son Aaron. Kent is given a major case, which involves a father, Greg, that is suing the state for the death of his daughter. The two fathers connect, and Kent is inspired to change, but will it be enough for Natalie?
