ABOUTRide with Larry is an inspirational documentary that puts a human face on the day-to-day fight against Parkinson's disease. Larry Smith, a retired police captain, beloved small-town baker, and avid cyclist has had Parkinson's disease for 20 years.
This past summer, from June 21, 2011 through June 25, 2011, Larry rode 300 miles across the state of South Dakota. Larry refuses to give up or submit to the prognosis of a wheel chair. Instead, Larry demonstrates the power of keeping your body active and mind positive, proving that sometimes the best cure is living life to its fullest. As Larrys wife Betty states: if you love life, youll fight for it.
We look forward to bringing you this inspirational story, Ride with Larry.
Thank you for your support.
