Good news!

We are happy to announce that we have finally got the products in perfect shape, and we are now preparing for shipping. It was not that easy as we faced some quality problems along the way that we had to solve, but we definitely learned a lot from this and the process, which is invaluable for the future.

We will start the deliveries in next couple of days. Please still allow a week or two for the delivery, depending on your location.

The Relax Ally Indiegogo campaign has now ended, and we would like to thank all of you for making this happen. This campaign was a great experience for us; we faced a lot of new challenges and opportunities, we made new friends and learned a lot on this collective journey. Thank you all for this.

Now it’s our turn to keep our promise to all of you and deliver. We will keep everyone updated how the manufacturing process goes on, and hopefully we can keep you coming back to us later on, when you, your family or friends choose to travel.

Hi relaxed travelers!

We have been collaborating with Indiegogo and due to the first batch quality problems (and thus prolonged delivery schedule, see the previous update) we have also prolonged the project schedule by 30 days to give supporters more time to acquire their Travel Restband through the campaign.

Good news is that we also have secured some funds from Finnvera (financing company owned by the State of Finland), therefore adjusted the goal and updated the perks accordingly with new schedule estimates.

Our SUPER Early Bird limited Perk offers have now been discontinued and next tier is the Early Bird, where we give the shipping for free worldwide and thus is still a very good deal!

Congratulations to the SUPER Early Birds, you will be the first ones to receive the next batch shipment and with the best price (the exact schedule will be communicated as soon as known). Thank you for supporting and please continue to do so!

Hi relaxed travelers

We have some good news and bad news. The good is that we received the production patch, and we were prepared to send them out to you, but the bad news is that we have some quality issues with these, and after extensive testing of the units, we have come to the conclusion that we are going to send them back and wait for new shipment of products that has these issues addressed and corrected. We want you to be happy with the product and will not send out products that are not perfect.

This means that we are not able to keep our initial estimated delivery schedule and we will have to delay the fulfillment. We are very sorry about this, and hope you understand our decision. We want to make sure you receive good quality to enjoy the relaxed experience in full.

However, if you bought the Relax ALLY Travel Restband for specific forthcoming trip/birthday gift etc., and feel that the delay will render your contribution useless and feel that you do not want to support us anymore please email us now to relax@relaxally.com and we will do everything possible to return you the money.

We are currently consulting Indiegogo on how best to change project/perk information and will update them and you as soon as we get a delivery schedule from our manufacturer for the next patch.
