REVOLUTIONIZING FITNESS. What does this mean? REFIT is a fitness concept that challenges the way society views fitness.....more than calorie burning...more than weight loss....more than perfectly toned bodies. REFIT engages the whole person with a relationship-focused approach to fitness while using positive music and motivational dance choreography. With the launch of our first-ever DVD, the REFIT team desires to impact the fitness community across the US. We believe that fitness is for everyone, regardless of size, shape, age or fitness level. REFIT is inspired by the CHOICE+CHANGE+IMPACT concept: small choices can lead to positive changes, which ultimately leads to inspirational impact in society. We've seen this time and time again and are inspired by the numerous stories of success via REFIT classes.
Finding positive, clean, and culturally relevant music is not an easy task. Furthermore, creating exciting choreography to this music can be equally challenging.....but REFIT has managed to accomplish both. Incorporating faith into our fitness program may pigeon-hole us into certain "Christian-only" segments of society. We reject that possibility and seek to demonstrate that faith-infused fitness can be culturally relevant, fitness-focused, and above all.....an exhilarating experience for ANYONE.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! If we achieve over our minimum goal of 5k, we're headed towards our bigger dream of launching a REFIT Facilitator program, which would allow individuals to instruct and impact classes in their own communities. In order to make that program possible, we need a fully functioning website that would offer more user interaction and downloadable material capabilities. Raising $12,000 would get the entire project off the ground...and y'all, the potential of the faciliator program is tremendous! Once again, it's your help that puts our dreams to flight!
