The PawPointer is a remote controlled laser device that easily attaches to your pet's collar. Wielding the remote, you shine a low powered laser either directly in front of your pet, slightly to the left, or slightly to the right. Your pet will chase after the laser, allowing you to exercise your pet, play with them, and record hilarious videos; all the while amusing yourself and your animal.
How it Works:
Eric and Mary are seniors at the University of California, Berkeley. They have been good friends ever since meeting in their first Machine Structures course. Since then, they have worked together at every opportunity because they know that the other person is reliable, talented, and easy to work with. They are motivated, passionate, persistant, and ready to fill the world with more lulz.
With the funds we gather, we plan to obtain the resources we need to develop and deploy a smaller product (It will fit comfortably on your adorable kitten). In addition we will provide a more secure casing, and a customized remote before we start to mass produce units. We will be operating out of Berkeley, California, with an established team of engineers, designers, and business people.

Q: Will the laser hurt my eyes?
A: No, it is low powered. However, we do not recommend pointing it directly at your eye for an extended period of time
Q: Is this ethical?
A: Yes, PETA recommends excercising your pets with laser pointers
