About Night of the Living Obsolete (NOTLO)

Hi, I’m Andrew “Rewfoe” Foerster, I’m an illustration grad from OCADU. I support myself with my illustration work and I’m currently doing a lot on animated shorts & trailers, and illustration work for magazines & stories. I’ve recently animated an award winning short titled “Delightful Devices” with Onestop Media Group. I have been working on NOTLO for 8 years. The original script was written by my close friend, Duncan Armitage and I.

Being a fan of many genres, I have always been amazed that the zombie and robot genres have never been combined before.

With your contribution, you will be able to see these genres come together in a hilarious, over-the-top, zombot-filled, action story! Think Futurama meets Walking Dead.

Project will officially start after this campaign finishes. (June 27th.)

Funding Breakdown

This project will cost 7000 dollars to create.  Here is a breakdown of the costs.

$100 – Script Editing

$1000 – The Voice Actors

$100 – Audio Recording by Bill McMenomy.

$500 – Original Soundtrack by Ryan Brouwer.

$300 – Promotion – ie: posters around the city, my time to promote it online etc.

$5000 – My time and expenses to create the final product.

If we do not reach our entire goal, we will take the project as far as it can go with this funding, then look into other funding methods, such as grants. For example, if we raise 4000 dollars, it will be enough money to create the first two episodes.
