When a mysterious Stranger wanders from the desert into a small
western town, he runs into a slew of crooks, creeps, and faces
from his past. What drew him there, and will anyone survive to
see him disappear back into the blowing sands?

With a mixture of dark humor and operatic mayhem, My Aim
Is True is a theatrical homage to the cinematic works of Leone,
Corbucci, and the Italian-Style Western. First produced as
part of the 2010 Crown Point Festival in Lower Manhattan,
and subsequentially at the 2011 New Orleans Fringe Festival
to widespread critical acclaim and ‘Top Picks of the Festival’
mentions, this production employs a collaboration of some of
the original cast with NYC actors and Local Beaumont talent
to embark on a travelling narrative through the Gladys City
Boomtown Museum grounds. Through staging, mime, movement,
costume, and music, My Aim is True recreates the gritty world of
70's Spaghetti Westerns.

My Aim Is True is produced by Ad Hoc Beaumont in association
with Aztec Economy, a Brooklyn-based non profit performance
initiative founded in Spring 2008 which has had shows performed
in NYC at P.S.122, The Ohio Theater, 3LD, The Tank in Tribeca, the
Obie-Award winning Ice Factory, The Brick, Brooklyn Fireproof,
Dixon Place; in Chicago at Collaboraction, at the New Orleans
Fringe Festival, at the Fridge in Washington D.C., and in site
specific venues such as the Steamship Lilac off the Hudson River,
and churches, bars, rooftops, and backyards all over Brooklyn.
