Thanks for the update. This isn’t like anything I’ve seen before and I totally get that it takes time to get it right. I’d rather have the best product possible instead of there being a 2.0 come later. It’s great you are offering refunds to the whiners who would rather a product that doesn’t work right… As long as it’s on time. It would be interesting to see their brainwaves though… HA! Looks like you guys are working hard, so keep it up!
Disappointed at the delay, but understand- am glad you’re trying to make this product the best it can be for the most kinds of heads possible.
I work for a distributor, & know all too well issues that can arise when trying to get a product out on deadline – sometimes things just happen, sometimes projects get cancelled altogether. Glad it’s still coming. You guys rock!

I kinda figured we’d get the EA treatment: Silence on negative issues, hoping it will just slide right off the front page of comments and out of our collective attention span. That being said, the silence answers my questions.
