You’ve showed us much love, and we appreciate it.  Now we want to take our bus to a permanent location in Oak Park, but first we need the funds to be able to do so.

My name is Renee, and I’m here on Indiegogo to move Mojo Express into a permanent spot and grow our product line to keep bringing you the highest quality coffee and baked goods in Oak Park.

With our permanent location you’ll be able to enjoy Mojo Express’ rocking gourmet coffee and treats without having to find us around town!

I’ve been serving up coffee for the past few years.  Customers love it.  

Now I’m here to grow, so I’m teaming up with Mama Made to offer the best coffee and baked goods on Earth in an amazing spot.  Seriously, the world’s best "Sweet Potata Pie" and the tastiest coffee drinks.    

We’re also adding to that a sprinkling of Baby Cakes.

We source our coffee from Crop to Cup, and serve only the best fair-trade coffee from Buginyanya, Uganda.   Our coffee comes from small farms and small-scale processors grown by family farms near the Kenya-Uganda border.

That means your money doesn’t go to corporate profits and shareholders.  It goes to helping local business in your neighborhood and small farmers across the world.  Clearly, a win/win.

Feel Good About Our Staff:

Mojo Express is about more than just tasty coffee and treats.  It’s about making our community stronger. 

In 2006, I was diagnosed with Lupus, a long-term auto-immune disease.  Naturally, I freaked out.  So I started looking for support groups.  I found that the westside of Chicago did not have any support groups.  So I took matters into my own hands, did my own research with the help of my doctor. With the Lupus Foundation, I became a support group leader on the westside.

Through my work with the Lupus community, I learned that many people with Lupus have a hard time keeping jobs because of Lupus flare-ups and constant doctor’s visits. 

I want to give back to this community that has given me so much support by hiring those battling Lupus. 

Our Goals:

$35,000 will allow us to take a blank rental space and turn it into your perfect hang out spot.

$45,000 will make sure the awesome space has all the equipment it needs to succeed.  Coffee makers and grinders to brew you the best.  Espresso machines so we can share our tasty java creations.  A juicer to make sure you’re looking and feeling fresh.

$50,000 will make sure we’re good to keep serving you coffee and treats for six months.
