Greg Correll--writer, poet, artist, family man and, once upon a time, a destitute young single father--has an astonishing tale to tell of pain and horror; resilience and resolve. Greg and his eldest daughter Molly have been working on a memoir of the challenges they faced together and apart and how they overcome them while struggling with the physical and emotional legacy of their traumas.

Today Greg is also battling a neuro-muscular disorder whose progress is erratic, one which daily threatens to rob him of his ability to write. Meanwhile, he continues to work his job in web design, developement and management.

Our proposal, for Like Father Like Daughter: A Memoir (working title) is in the form of a grant so that Greg can devote full-time to completing his manuscript. We're setting a due date of January 1st, 2013. Our goal is to raise $28,000 in fewer than 28 days.
