Hello! My name is Anita Parker, and I became a raw vegan chef as a way to help the members of my community, learn ways to thrive in life, rather than just survive.
My goal is to teach, and empower others to take control of their health.

I am so passionate about providing this to the community. It can help improve our residents health, and also supports the local farmers.

What I need is:
$350 to rent commercial kitchen space to produce a batch
$400 for liability insurance
$500 for Fl. Dept of Agriculture permit to market fermented food
$450 for the batch test
