Live Free, Think Big, Get Tiny...
After spending a good amount of time in a variety of living areas, Kendra is seeking something more. Whether living urban, suburban, rural or in the wilderness, there's always a price to pay. Rent payments are neverending, and no kind of investment to speak of. To make a home somewhere so often means signing up for a mortgage or non-stop payment. The jobs we love can't afford us a living, and we work tirelessly and spend the rest of our money trying to make ourselves happy while we work in jobs we're not fully fulfilled by. Folks who are unfufilled will often seek to travel to somewhere new to start a living, where they eventually find themselves trapped in the same cycle.
How can we pay off these debts, live a more connected, mindful life, and pursue that which fulfills us? How can we build a life that helps us live more sustainably on this planet?
Tiny houses are moveable, personalized living spaces that allow their owner to simplify their life. It opens the homeowner to new flexible life choices and frees them from the limitations of renting a home. This allows you to choose new life paths that would otherwise be unsustainable, and take your cozy home with you!
Kendra plans to build her Tiny Home when the sun comes back to Seattle. From there she hopes build a farm, create a community center and continue her passion of working in outdoor education and community healing. She may even start a food truck (or food cabin on wheels), or help you build your tiny home, or your dream. Let's free up our time and our lives to connect with what really matters to us.
Adventure!

For each material you fund, you will receive a custom craft using recycled items from the project and other reclaimed goodies that didn't end up getting used! You will also receive a patch indicating your participation in the project.

All funders may suggest a name, which will be entered in a raffle to name the house!
