John Hudson Dilgen would love to attend IS34 with his friends this coming September, but he can't. You see John Hudson suffers from a rare genetic disorder called Epidermolysis Bullosa which causes severe blistering on much of his skin. Some days, John Hudson can't walk and IS34 doesn't have an elevator to accomodate his wheelchair.

Parents for a A Barrier Free Education is a local, grassroots organization dedicated to raising enough money to build John Hudson's elevator so that he and anybody else with mobility or medical issues aren't banned from the school.
