First, allow me to apologize for being out of touch regarding the show.

We’ve been having some HUGE issues with transcription and closed captioning services that have been a major cramp in the fufillment process.

One of the most features that have been requested for the digital downloads for Season 1 was that there be closed captions added to the primary video stream, and while there are plenty of transcription services out there, finding someone to affordably add closed captions to the main video files has proven to be… difficult.

Fortunately, I think we’ve found a vendor that we can work with, so we should be on the right path there.

Considering the majority of the contributions were in the reward tiers that have Season 1 downloads, I wanted to make sure this was right.

As SOON as the video stuff is taken care of, I’ll be reaching out individually to get the email consultations set up, so I can help you out with any challenge you might currently be having.
