we are getting a modification trial for 3 months!! if all goes well- aka- we pay on time- we will get the modification to KEEP the HOUSE!!! Thank you all for helping us!!! this has been a 2 year battle with the last mortgage company and this one did it in 25 days!!!
It’s been a while and I apologize. I have been working on my classes very hard. The dog is injured and slowly healing. Too much rough housing at the dog park with friends, we guess.
Son came home for an overnight Saturday! 1st time we got him for more than a few hours! He was awesome!!! It was great! Can’t wait to see him again!! The dog did have a problem of deciding if he should stay with me or hang with Jr!! He really likes to stay with Jr.

NACA has helped us with the information on the process and we have submitted our latest file for them. The file is good for 90 days, so let’s ROCK this site and get people talking about how easy it will be to offer a down payment to solidify this mortgage. Share this campaign will all you know, please. We are on our way to securing a place for Jr!!
We are still working on this. We are using NACA to help us advocate for re-modifying our current loan, but the mortgage co. we had- sold our loan to another place.
It’s like we will have to start all over again with re-negotiations. We are trying to have some funds available as a down payment, if this would help keep our home and help with re-modifying the loan.Please spread the word about our campaign and lets keep talking about ways to get this done!
