Help Protect-U Make Music Again!

UPDATE:  As of 9:55PM on Nov.1, this campaign almost met its goal within the first THREE HOURS!!!  YOU PEOPLE ARE AWESOME.  But just because the goal has been met, please dont think you need not give.  We are shooting to come as close to $5k as possible.

You might not know Mike Petillo or Aaron Leitko, but you should know their music.  Performing under the moniker PROTECT-U, these two guys have been grinding in the DC DIY music scene for years, and are now making the best music of their lives....

On Halloween, in the midst of a tour through Europe, they lost ALL of their gear out of a supposedly secure room in a nightclub in France.  NOT COOL FRANCE.  In total, they lost about $5k worth of laptops, synths, misc. sound equipment and train tickets.

We are hoping to help them replace their equipment.  Much of this was hand selected over the past few years and is integral for them to continue making their music.  We cannot let some thieves put a halt to creativity.....
