I grew up with Kari, who just lost her home and belongings to a fire.

Kari's a beautiful person, who loves to cook, and to look after the people she loves, and is always there for the people who need her. Let's look after her now as she tries to find her feet after the fire.

No matter what the occasion or family event, she is there to help and care for others, and feels so much joy in being with others and making a beautiful home. She's so crafty, and cooks, and is basically a (humble) domestic goddess.

When Kari moved into the house I grew up in, I was flooded with happiness and relief seeing how she filled the house with her generous spirit, her kindness, her creativity. Let's help her to create a new home! She'll bring this spirit to any place she inhabits.

Also, Kari would never ask for your help! That's why we set this up. She's the kind of person who would drop everything and come to help you, but it would never occur to her to ask for help herself.

Just think, if we all pitched in just a little bit, $5, or $10, or god love you, $20 or more, this girl gets a chance to start a new beautiful home. She isn't expecting it. Which is exactly why we should do it.
