Short SummaryMy name is Bradley Gibbins-Klein. I am a musical theatre and performing arts student. I live and study in the UK, but I have dual nationality: American and British. I've been dancing for 10+ years and it is my absolute passion. I have some professional stage experience (Birmingham Rep, English National Ballet, Northern Ballet Theatre, American Ballet Theater) and I've done a little commercial/TV work too.
I have a number of qualifications (Intermediate Modern Dance and Tap qualifications, Drums Grade 6 Trinity Guildhall) and I have completed the Foundation Course in Dance and Musical Theatre at Laine Theatre Arts.
I'm really happy to have been accepted onto 6 different courses, but the funding rules have changed and I don't qualify to receive any funding!
I've known I wanted to dance since I was 3 years old, and I don't want my dream to end now.
What We Need & What You Get
The three-year diploma courses average £12,000 per year ($18,000) plus living expenses. I am aiming to fund my first year through this crowd-funding method, then I will apply for a career develoment loan for the 2nd and 3rd years.
I thought long and hard about what to offer my donors. Obviously, everyone gets the satisfaction of knowing they helped a student of the arts to pursue his dream. But I've thought of a few more perks too. I am excited to announce a unique wristband which all donors will receive. Those people making higher donations will also get signed photos of me and my top donors will be listed on this page (if you wish to be named).
Whatever funds I receive will go toward the course, even if I do not reach my financial goal. Thank you for your support!
The ImpactWith the donations I receive, I will be following my dream and honing my skills, so I can perform in West End and Broadway shows, as well as music videos and other commercial work.
