When planning a wedding or a special event, a lot of time and effort goes into finding vendors and staying within a budget. Stress levels start to rise and eventually you are not having fun anymore. Your event is special to you! You want it to be unique and have the event tailored to your personality without seeming corny, cheap or tacky. All of these stressors are taken away when you have a planning team that is efficient and conscious of your needs.

Celia Rose, Inc. is a small company owned and operated by Celia Coughlin, who provides unique wedding and event experiences that focus on the needs and wants of the client. With a passion for all things creative, Celia developed a love for weddings! She realized that individuals that had offbeat, themed or different ideas for their wedding often would be treated differently by traditional bridal companies and often would not be entirely satisfied with how their event was executed.
Forming Celia Rose, Inc. Celia decided to take her interests and make it a goal to do business on the larger scale in hopes of becoming a self-sustained company with employees. To pay for the expenses of the business, Celia sells handmade items, Mark. Cosmetics by Avon and T-shirts! To date Celia has completed three custom designed wedding dresses, planned four weddings and has officiated a wedding as well.

With a positive buzz building, Celia would like to take the next step in building her business. With the ultimate goal of being able to hire full time employees and have an office location open to the public, the first step in creating revenue is advertising, building relationships with vendors and booking clientele.
What Is The Next Step?

Celia Rose, Inc. is currently hoping to raise $2,500. This money would go towards advertisement on the website Offbeat Bride and local magazines, cover upcoming expo costs, pay for any licensing and insurance needs that have not already been purchased and be able to provide Celia Rose, Inc. an opportunity to open up a storefront in an East Sacramento business that offers businesses the opportunity to choose weekly to monthly rental spaces. We would also like to be able to pay for Better Business Bureau accreditation as well as become a member of the Association for Wedding Professionals International. By becoming accredited and a member of these associations we build a positive reputation while also being able to reach more of those interested in our services.

We work with new as well as established local businesses for our event needs. By reaching out to local businesses we can keep our event costs low while also supporting the area economy. Expansion is also a goal of ours within the next few years with hopes of creating jobs and participation in charity work is a priority of ours.
The relationships we build with our clients is also notable. Having a seamless wedding or event, completely tailored to who you are and within the budget that you set, creates a long standing memory that will be cherished forever. Positive experiences creates a happy community.
