Hi guys! I have created my company, Auratic Tunes, simply for the love of music. I've played the trombone from 8 years old (now 24) and since joining the corporate world, I miss playing regularly so much, but have been composing on the side for a bit. Now I'm taking it to a new level! I yearn for music to be my full-time gig and have plans to make that transition! My company composes for all things music, which includes television, films, events, websites, artists, everything! This is a huge dream I have which, if funded, can spread into something phenomenal. In the future I want to help people such as myself get into the business of creating music and out of slaving for a salary. This means creating more jobs that people will have a huge heart for! This is so dear to me because I'm looking to make that transition from a 'career' to doing what I love!
I am looking to raise $13000, but raising less is not a bad thing at all. This money will be used to construct the studio in my basement. This will include creating the space and funding the equipment needed, such as studio monitors, software and other peripherals as right now I'm working with older software and a pair of cheap usb monitors. This will cut the cost of ever having to set foot in someone else's studio and paying rent. If I don't raise the full amount, then I will be saving that money until I raise or save the remainder. And believe me, I will try, try and try again because working this day job is not my cup of tea. I am an artist at heart!
