the mailing list is ready to go but we're just holding for a couple of days as we want to include another free clip, it's virtually ready so why not include it we thought.
Secondly we just wanted to tell you all that if you would like to join us we're being interviewed on a live 'stream cast' tonight at 8:30 GMT by the RetroUnlim team and we're being joined by Ben Daglish and Max Hall. Questions are being sent in live so if you would like to hear us suffer (as there is a good reason why we choose to be on the other side of the camera) then it would be great to have you along for a bit of moral support.
The URL for the Live Streamcast for people to view it is :

Editing has been going well...very well in fact and finally...finally the archive is starting to take shape. As we mentioned we could write a book on the archive adventures we have had along the way...if we had a penny for the number of times we've read a listing on a broadcasters log sheet like "comp progger talks game" then we would have funded the movie 10 times over! Sorry to moan but as you all funded this film you're going to have to let us vent once and a while because we have no one else to go to!
We had some great mail recently from you, thanks again for that as it's keeping us company during the late nights and early starts!

Very quick update regarding the newsletter that is going out.
We said that you will all receive an email containing this newsletter by the 22nd Nov (tomorrow), however that now looks more likely to be next week.
The main reason for this delay is simply that we are setting each of you up with your own unique account on our website, and this is where the newsletter will be generated from. This unique account which you will all access by simply entering your email address will then allow those that have already bought the film to download for free the 4 HD extended interview clips we have created as a pre-order incentive. For those that have also bought the brand new Rob Hubbard and Ben Daglish soundtrack then (just as with the film) you will be able to download for free a package of new music tracks which are also being offered as a pre-order incentive.
For this to work all your unique accounts need to be up and running before you receive the newsletter otherwise there would be no point in you getting the newsletter. We are right now in the process of testing all of your accounts so simply do not want to send the newsletter out until these tests have been completed.
What we will do is send another Indiegogo update out as soon as the emailed newsletter is sent, that way you will all know to look out for it.
We just wanted to let you know what is happening.
By the way many of you wrote to us asking if you could hear some of Rob Hubbard’s and Ben Daglish’s new work, you can right now whether you’ve bought the sound track or not as there are some free samples right here as we mentioned in the last update; http://www.frombedroomstobillions.com/from-bedrooms-to-billions-soundtrack-samples
Any questions on anything else then don’t hesitate to ask!

Just a quick update today (see images below text) because we just wanted to tell you all that we will be updating you all from now on from a newsletter generated directly from our website. It will make it easier for us as obviously we would like to update both yourselves the original indiegogo backers, Kicksatarter and also the many people who have directly pre-ordered the film from our website over the months. The newsletter will contain some exclusive clips, audio clips plus lots more up to date info on the film. If any of you for any reason have not received this newsletter by next Friday (22nd Nov) then do not hesitate to get in touch so we can sort for you.
FILM PROGRESS - As we said we will update a lot more in the newsletter but October saw another 6 interviews shot and most of November is dedicated to editing and we have a couple of interviews lined up for very early December plus with the finishing line getting ever closer we are still working on a couple of (happy) surprises so stay tuned. Please keep writing to us, seriously I know we always say this but those little stories and well wishes you send in really keep us going and make us feel even more that we must do the best job possible. We know you are all looking forward to seeing this, we are bowled over with the interviews we have got so far and we could tell you a few stories on how the archive footage has been going that would make your eyebrows go straight up but more on that another. We have included a screenshot of Tim Tyler (Repton) and Simon Nicol (Crazy Comets) from a recent shoot, many thanks to Gary Bracey for helping us so much on this very hectic day!
Thanks to all of you once again!

Just a quick update before a lot more next week.
We still have a few more interviews lined up over the next 3-4 weeks but more of our time now is spent on editing and archive but we're on the home straight now.
Release date officially set now as Jan 2014 and we have much to do before then. Today for example Nic is editing and I am drafting out questions for the Tim Tyler (Repton) and Julian Gollop (Lords of Chaos) interviews lined up for next week. Also here's a couple of pics from N64 Goldeneye creators Martin Hollis and David Doak from a recent interview.
Regarding upgrades and perks, I know some of you have started getting some perks already as some came available early, also we spent quite some time (finally) confirming the upgrades but we didn't get to everyone. Obviously you will have a PayPal receipt of the transaction but we consider it only good manners to let you know and say thanks personally so we will get to it if you haven't received a note from us as of yet.
Any finally thank you to everyone for messages of support as of late, some really great and often personal stories sent in by you as to why you want to see this film made and what it means to you all. They were (and still are) very welcome while we were on the road, so thank you as we do read them and they really help reinforce why we are doing this, as without you all this film would not be happening so it's nice to hear from you.
More next week!

we have just done a fairly large update on our Kickstarter page but there seems to be a text number restriction on Indiegogo that prevents us from pasting it in here for you to read. We don't want to edit it down as it is so thorough and doing multiple posts seems silly so we hope you don't mind just clicking on the link and having a read over there.
If any of you have any questions then do not hesitate to get in contact. We have attached a couple of recent frame grabs of David Darling (co-founder of Codemasters) and musician Fred Gray (Shadowfire & Engima Force themes among many others) for you to see, though we have filmed over 30 more interviews since the last update...we've been very busy on this film!
We hope you are all well!
