What happens if you don't reach your goal? If Fly Up Fitness does not raise the $20,000 goal, all of your money will automatically be refunded and you won't pay a penny. However, you also won't get you perk. So, help us spread the word!

The Story
I started working out when I was 17 years old. Exercise became more than a hobby, I loved to learn more about it, try new things, and see improved results. I worked out pretty much every day (sometimes twice a day!) throughout high school and college - then the "real world" hit. My first job out of college was an accountant for a big four public accounting firm. As a CPA, I had long busy seasons and traveled frequently, which didn’t give me much time to get to the gym. I started working out at home, which was a pretty good solution. My biggest hurdle was a suffering chest workout. As I explain in the video, I wanted a product that used body weight resistance to do flys on the ground - when I couldn't find it, I took matters into my own hands. I bought some random pieces, superglued them together and started using the contraption for my personal workouts. I was really pleased with the way it worked, and thought that other people might like it as well. After a lot of prayer and confirmations, my wife and I decided to start our own business developing and selling what we called the Fly Up.
As the idea evolved, things got even more exciting. We realized this product can be used for a total body workout. We have a bunch of moves that work out your chest, arms, butt, legs, and abs - but you can get creative and come up with your own as well. That's part of the fun!
I’m no personal trainer, fitness expert with a fancy degree, Black Ops special agent, or ninja. Instead, I am an accountant who has enjoyed living a fit lifestyle for over a decade trying out hundreds of fitness products. As an average guy who has spent countless hours in the gym and working out at home I have the knowledge and experience to develop this product that I know works for me and will work for you too. The Fly Up™ will drench you in sweat, make you sore the next day (or three), and give you results.
Live Fit!
At Fly Up Fitness™ we believe that exercising on a regular basis contributes to a healthy and happy life. In order to do this, it is important to make working out as accessible as possible. No matter how much you love the gym, in real life there will be days when you can't find the time or motivation to commute to a fitness center. But when you can get a effective workout from home, it's a lot easier to squeeze in your daily exercise. That's where the Fly Up™ comes in. It offers the effective workout you get from a gym in the convenience of your home, hotel, or wherever you are. And even if you are going to the gym - take it with you! It is a great way to mix up your normal routine and stimulate muscle confusion.
You may have a fitness product designed for push-ups, and one designed for abs, and another to assist with lateral exercises. But why not combine all those into one portable, lightweight product that does it all! The Fly Up™ can be used with or without a handle, allowing you to truly get a total body workout.
Did You Know?
Body Weight Resistance is where it's at! In 2013, fitness experts will continue to ditch weights in favor of body weight resistance.
- "Using the body as resistance is a leading trend this year" - Helena Oliviero, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, October 2012
- "Body weight training, a method that uses the body’s own weight as the source of resistance for strength training and muscle endurance, made the [popular fitness trends] list for the first time while previous gym go-tos like spinning and Pilates fell out of favor." - Alexandra Sifferlin, Time Health and Family, October 2012
- "The reason I love body weight training is because it's the best way to build lean musculature without getting bulky. You don't need weights. Your body is the best tool you have available." - Jillian Michaels, Yoga Meltdown, 2009
For a complete chest work-out, presses aren't enough! Besides offering double the variations for more muscle confusion, the fly is an isolation exercise that focuses specifically on the pectorals unlike the press.
- "Bench presses and flies both work the muscles of your chest -- but that is where the similarities end....Flies allow you to focus on your chest, which is especially important if your chest is a weak spot or requires rehabilitation from an injury. Perform flies after bench presses to fully fatigue the chest at the end of your workout." - Jolie Johnson, Livestrong.com, May 2011
- "In contrast to the bench press, which is often considered a bulk-building exercise, the chest fly is considered a definition exercise....Who can resist the defined cleavage and appearance of firmness that comes from performing them regularly?" - Lisa Marie Mercer, exercise.lovetoknow.com
- "The chest butterfly exercise uses a pushing force to strengthen the chest muscles. For men, defined pec muscles add a more balanced and toned appearance to the torso. For women, pec exercises can help to lift the chest." - Rachel Nelson, livestong.com, January 2011
- "When you want to specifically zero in on the chest however, then one way to do this is with flyes. Since the fly movement will place much more emphasis on the pectoral muscle itself, it's a good movement to use during your chest workout for maximum definition." - Shannon Clark, bodybuilding.com, May 2009
