The Flavor Bullet opens the cells in the meat using a vacuum and then naturally pushes the marinade into the meat using a gentle tumbling action. This technology has been used in grocery stores, restaurants, and meat processors for decades. Now with the Flavor Bullet you can completely infuse our cuts of meat with delicious flavor AT HOME!
Early plans for the Flavor BulletFlavor Bullet is the ultimate cooking accessory. Mix your marinade and water in the internal chamber, add your beef, pork, poultry, or less delicate fish and place it in the Flavor Bullet for about twenty minutes. Watch as the bullet pulls a vacuum and opens up your meat on a cellular level. Next, the tumbling action begins, flipping and dropping the meat repeatedly into the marinade forcing the marinade into the meat. After twenty minutes when the tumble finishes all of the water and marinade are absorbed into the meat. The Flavor Bullet has shot your fish, chicken, turkey, pork, or beef full of flavor.
While designing Flavor Bullet, we strove to create a minimalist and modern product that worked with maximum efficiency and could be used in everyday life.

With beef you can spice it up with a pepper steak or go Louisiana with a Cajun Blackened steak.
Make chicken that hints of lemon and pepper or sizzles with Buffalo sauce.
Tell your pork it is garlic-tyme or take it to the far East with sesame and ginger.
Try fish that has benefited from lemon butter or toss it together with a basil parley blend.
These marinades will be the first, with more in the works!

You have a favorite marinade? Love a certain sweet barbecue sauce? Want to try a flavor combination totally off the map? You can use any marinade you can think of with the Flavor Bullet. Just make sure to add the proper amount of water and marinade mix for the amount of meat you are making and tumble the flavor into your meat!
We are planning stretch goals. One of early goals is to produce a marinade cookbook. Marinade recipes from several well known and well respected chefs. Including marinades specifically developed for salmon, tuna, steak, pork chops, pork tenderloin, lamb chops, chicken wings, chicken breast, and turkey.
HISTORY OF THE FLAVOR BULLET
Vacuum tumblers of all sizes have been used in meat processing plants, grocery stores, and restaurants for years. They come in sizes ranging from thirty pounds to thirty thousand pounds. The jumbo versions of the Flavor Bullet are used to infuse the meat you eat with flavor and to put a premium price on the meat you purchase. Marinated food commands a higher cost than plain food - and approximately 10% of what you are paying a premium price for is marinade and water! The Flavor Bullet is the first small vacuum tumbler specifically made for the home kitchen.

How does it work?
vacuum tumbling allows for optimum protein extraction, it opens the cell structure of the meat allowing the marinade to penetrate evenly throughout the product, which produces a juicier, more tender, and flavorful product with better slice ability and an even color.
